Questa fantomatica signora Elisa dovrebbe rispondere ed accettare le prenotazioni, ma a volte lavora e a volte no, tutto tramite fax che prontamente non funziona siamo all'età medioevale e il povero paziente aspetta invano..caro dottore si aggiorni!! Professionalism is hidden. This elusive lady Elisa should answer and accept reservations, but sometimes she works and sometimes not, all by fax which promptly does not work we are in the Middle Ages and the poor patient waits in vain .. dear doctor to update!
G	Giovanni Esposto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato operato di glaucoma con innesto di impianto valvolare dal Prof. Lucio Zeppa il 18 Novembre 2019. Prima e dopo l'intervento ho riscontrato da parte sua poca presenza nelle visite e sulle spiegazioni dovute! IL Professore l'ho visto solo prima di essere operato, durante l'intervento e nell'unico controllo avuto da lui prima di essere dimesso! Per non parlare delle continue richieste di contattarlo per parlargli in reparto o privatamente presso il suo studio: impresa risultata assolutamente mpossibile! Eppure nella mia grave situazione dovrei essere seguito per capire come si evolve il quadro clinico dopo l'infervento visto che continuo ad avere problemi di lacrimazione e di sensazioni come di un corpo estraneo nell'occhio! Mi dispiace che io risulti una delle poche voci fuori dal coro di elogi su questa persona, ma la mia esperienza col Prof. Zeppa la considero assolutamente negativa soprattutto a livello umano! Inoltre la valvola che mi ha impiantato non è proprio di ultimissima generazione! In altri Italia ci sono specialisti di questa patologia,assolutamente migliori,p coscienziosi e soprattutto meno altezzosi... I saw the Professor only before being operated on, during the operation and in the only control he had before being discharged! Not to mention the constant requests to contact him to talk to him in the ward or privately at his office: a company that turned out to be absolutely possible! And yet in my grave situation I should be followed to understand how the clinical picture evolves after the intervention, given that I continue to have problems with tears and sensations like a foreign body in the eye! I am sorry that I am one of the few voices out of the chorus of praise about this person, but I consider my experience with Prof. Zeppa absolutely negative especially on a human level! Furthermore, the valve that implanted me is not really of the latest generation! In other Italy there are specialists of this pathology, absolutely better, p conscientious and above all less lofty ...
