Grazie alla flessibilità e alla continua formazione è un occasione perfetta per i più giovani e un ottimo impiego per gente più matura. Il clima è molto caldo e familiare probabilmente quello che non ti aspetti da questo settore tuttavia vieni introdotto in questo mondo con i tuoi tempi e con formazione personalizzata, avrai sempre qualcuno più esperto di te (anche non un tuo "superiore") disposto ad aiutarti ed insegnarti per il semplice piacere di farlo. Lavorando in gruppo il tutto è più semplice ed è facile organizzare la propria crescita con i membri del proprio team nel caso si voglia fare carriera. Sfortunatamente per urgenze familiari non lavoro più con loro ma se potessi è sicuramente un ambiente in cui ritornerei... Zephyr is not the "classic" workplace. Thanks to its flexibility and continuous training it is a perfect opportunity for the youngest and an excellent job for more mature people. The climate is very warm and familiar probably what you do not expect from this sector however you are introduced into this world at your own pace and with personalized training, you will always have someone more experienced than you (even not your "superior") willing to help you. and teach you for the simple pleasure of doing it. Working in a group, everything is simpler and it is easy to organize your growth with the members of your team in case you want to make a career. Unfortunately for family emergencies I no longer work with them but if I could it is definitely an environment I would return to ...
