Nice apartment and very well located in the center of NOTO. Close to restaurants and shops. New equipment with full kitchen and good bedding. I recommend for a couple or family with children.

Una location dove si respira il sapore di un tempo in chiave decisamente moderna. La cura dei dettagli e la ricercatezza dei particolari fanno di Zenit una dimora speciale. Salvo è un host eccezionale, disponibilissimo, sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni tua richiesta. Se stai cercando un posto tranquillo dove trascorrere dei bei momenti, questa è una scelta eccellente!!! Ci rivedremo sicuramente
An enchanting structure, in the historic center of Noto, responds to everything you would like to find when you stay away from home: hospitality, kindness, cleanliness, comfort (fantastic beds), a fully equipped kitchen, a panoramic terrace, all perfectly. A location where you can breathe the flavor of the past in a decidedly modern way. The attention to detail and the refinement of details make Zenit a special home. Salvo is an exceptional host, extremely available, always ready to satisfy your every request. If you are looking for a quiet place to have a good time, this is an excellent choice !!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'appartamento è nuovo, carino e pulito. Arredato con gusto. A 50 m dal centro storico e dalla via della movida, con palazzi storici, mostre e locali per la ristorazione. Fondamentale il sistema di condizionamento al piano terra e al primo. Caldissima la cucina al secondo piano (sotto il lastrico solare) causa split mancante. Piccolo dettaglio: mancanza di sapone / shampoo monodose stante la situazione covid. Consigliato.
The apartment is new, nice and clean. Tastefully decorated. 50 m from the historic center and the street of nightlife, with historic buildings, exhibitions and restaurants. The air conditioning system on the ground and first floors is fundamental. The kitchen on the second floor (under the flat roof) is very hot due to missing split. Small detail: lack of single-dose soap / shampoo given the covid situation. Recommended.
