Nonostante io abbia bisogno di andare dal medico raramente, cambierò appena possibile, è davvero insostenibile approcciarsi alla dottoressa. A mio padre, oltre a non averlo ascoltato l'ha mandato via dallo studio, non ho parole....e i miei genitori hanno una certa età; umanità e umiltà zero assoluto... Ora sto provvedendo a cambiargli il medico di base. È abituata a fare scappare le persone. Assurdo quanta incompetenza c'è in giro... Avete ragione ma lei é così grazie a coloro che sanno solo criticare. Bisogna considerare che é una donna e ha la sua età..., lei rappresenta la vita, ogni giorno é diversa. Se non vi piace avete la facoltà di cambiare medico, ma scommetto che tutti coloro che l'hanno criticata, nessuno si è preso la briga di segnalarlo all'ats, quindi... Non lascia parlare ma, soprattutto, non ascolta l'esigenza del paziente. Porta le persone all'esasperazione inutilmente. Poche volte mi è capitato di avere bisogno, ma ogni volta il comportamento è stato il medesimo. Anche in caso di effettiva urgenza mi sono sentita trattare con superficialità ed arroganza. Mi è stato anche riferito che sarebbe di sua soddisfazione se cambiassi medico. Cosa che trovo poco professionale e che farò non appena ne avrò la possibilità. Mi spiace, non sono solita criticare il lavoro altrui, ma in questo caso, non sono più disposta ad accettare questo comportamento. Il rispetto deve essere reciproco e qui manca alla base.
