Sono andata a fare manicure (smalto semi permanente) e pedicure (per sistemare i talloni e mettere smalto normale). Spesa complessiva 60€ usufruendo tra l'altro di uno sconto al 50% per le mani altrimenti avrei dovuto spendere circa 25 euro in più.
La ragazza che mi ha servito mi ha fatto male più volte durante la pedicure tagliandomi male le unghie (fatto già di per se inaccettabile).
Mi sono raccomandata con lei di sistemare bene i talloni (e il risultato si commenta da solo dalle foto). Inoltre quando ho chiesto alla ragazza di mettermi uno smalto bianco ai piedi si è rifiutata perchè ci metteva troppo ad asciugare, dunque ai piedi solo semi permanente o trasparente.
Circa la manicure hanno pochissima scelta di colori (solo colori classici e invernali fatta eccezione per un blu che poi è quello che ho scelto), la qualità del lavoro si commenta con un’unghia scheggiata dopo sole 12 ore (dalla sera al mattino) e con 3 unghie saltate alla fine della settimana (erano in ferie e non hanno potuto sistemarle il giorno dopo).
Quindi io sono partita per le mie ferie così nonostante la cifra spesa.
La titolare poi mi dice che la dipendente che mi ha servito è specializzata in mani e piedi, confermandomi quindi che non si trattava di una nuova risorsa magari in prova. E mi offre un massaggio per rimediare (servizio a cui non sono interessata per inciso).
Io non ci andrò più e non lo consiglio assolutamente.

I went for manicures (semi-permanent nail polish) and pedicures (to fix heels and put on regular nail polish). Total cost € 60, taking advantage of a 50% discount for the hands, otherwise I would have to spend about € 25 more.
The girl who served me hurt me several times during the pedicure by cutting my nails badly (which is already unacceptable).
I recommended with her to fix the heels well (and the result speaks for itself from the photos). Also when I asked the girl to put a white nail polish on my feet she refused because it took too long to dry, so only semi-permanent or transparent feet.
About the manicure they have very little choice of colors (only classic and winter colors except for a blue which is what I chose), the quality of the work is commented on with a chipped nail after only 12 hours (from evening to morning) and with 3 popped nails at the end of the week (they were on vacation and couldn't fix them the next day).
So I left for my holidays like this despite the amount spent.
The owner then tells me that the employee who served me specializes in hands and feet, thus confirming that it was not a new resource, perhaps on trial. And he offers me a massage to make up for it (service I'm not interested in by the way).
I will not go there again and I absolutely do not recommend it.
