Appena si entra nel loro mondo si sente subito una sensazione di serenità,positività? é un'agenzia di viaggi seria e sopratutto mi soddisfa sempre,trovano sempre la soluzione alle tue esigenze,io ormai sono anni che mi rivolgo a loro e non mi deludono mai! Mi risponde una signora parecchio nervosa, con tono scocciato inizia a lamentarsi poiché la linea probabilmente non era ottima e non riusciva a sentirmi. Riprovo a chiamare subito dopo, a questo punto, con tono maleducato ed estremamente scocciato risponde dicendo "chi è", come se non fosse previsto che un agenzia riceva telefonate da potenziali clienti interessati. Non ho chiesto altro, magari le offerte sono ottime ma con questi modi non si fa in tempo a venirne a conoscenza. I was attracted to the agency's website, so I call for information and a travel quote. A very nervous lady answers me, with a pissed-off tone she starts complaining because the line probably wasn't great and she couldn't hear me. I try again to call immediately, at this point, in a rude and extremely annoyed tone, saying "who is", as if it were not foreseen that an agency will receive phone calls from potential interested customers. I didn't ask for anything else, maybe the offers are great but with these ways you don't have time to learn about them.

E' stata la mia prima esperienza e sicuramente hanno saputo fidelizzarmi, tutte le strutture in cui ti mandano anche se sono pacchetti creati da loro, sono strutture che conoscono e ottime. Tornerò da loro per tutti i miei prossimi viaggi. Great experience, friendly polite and kind staff. The girls always available and cheerful. Family air inside the Zemontour. Prices and offers always EXCELLENT. They know how to find the best offer for all your needs. It was my first experience and they certainly knew how to retain me, all the structures they send you even if they are packages created by them, are structures that they know and are excellent. I'll come back to them for all my next trips.
