★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was an oasis. For 20 euro I got a lovely shaded lounge chair on a private deck with sea swimming access and constant attentive service for food and wine all day! This is definitely an awesome place to spend an afternoon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazed that customers could rate this with 5 stars? This has been the worst place I have been to in Sicily. Incredibly unpleasant experience... It is unfortunate that, as a tourist, to have fallen for this dreadful tourist trap. Music is painful, cocktails are awful and watered down and the service is absolutely dire - waitress ignorant and rude and zero interest in customers. Life guards and staff sitting around where customers are seated. Alarming to see that they are still in business and ruining charming Ortigia. The only good thing about this place is the view and access to water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this place. Appalling sullen waitresses who were really uninterested in serving us. We ordered one granita and a beer plus some bruschetta. We waited & waited.... finished our drinks (a good 30 minutes later) & decided not to wait any longer. The bill appeared with the bruschetta in the bill & 4 Euro service charge!! They were not happy when we refused to pay for the food!!
The toilets were also disgusting, storage for 2 bikes & no paper, soap or towels ? not a good place to eat or drink. There are much better places in Ortigia to give your money too for excellent food and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely location, probably it's only saving grace. Watered down overpriced cocktails rude staff and dreadful music. We took a seat at a couch set after being told we couldn't sit at the loungers without paying. Had four cocktails only to be told to move because it was booked for a group. Said group never arrived, think they moved us to make space hoping to entice larger groups. It wasn't exactly busy. A friend of the staff sat there and smoked for the ensuing time, no drink. 'Lifesavers' spend half their time lounging in the seats. Avoid this one. Worst we experienced in Sicily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luna was an amazing waitress. She was very careful and trustful in attend us during all our stay in Zerifo even tough in a crowded place. It’s a charming bar with a breathtaking view, good music (dj), nice drinks and honest prices.

One star for the location and one for the wine (pretty ok this one).
The staff was rude and always walking away when talking to them.
Absolutely unacceptable service!
The only thing that saves this place is the location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite exotic since Siracusa city isn't a beach place at all. They have made a area with sun beds and changing room. A hot tube as well. Great beds. Nice staff. Rather expensive but I guess it makes sense since this is a special place. Sun all day.
