m	mirca bottazzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che siamo clienti da oltre 20 della ditta Zardo e adesso racconto cosa è successo a mia mamma una Sig.ra di 77 anni: martedì mia madre si è recata a ritirare il tagliaerba acquistato Primavera 2016 e revisionato a fine estate 2016.Quest anno primo taglio ci siamo accorti che non funzionava bene,riportato dalla ditta Zardo ci viene detto che si era storto l albero motore.Rimane stupita in quanto il tagliaerba alla vista non presenta nessuna botta esteriore e come sia possibile che sia avvenuto ciò,è stata aggredita verbalmente e minacciosamente da uno dei titolari in maniera offensiva tanto che è tornata a casa con la pressione altissima e tachicardia,premetto che aveva già pagato il danno.Trovo che sia un comportamento di una violenza inaudita!!!!!ovviamento non ci vedranno più come clienti e volevo informare i futuri clienti I state that we have been customers for over 20 of the Zardo company and now I am telling what happened to my mom a 77-year-old Mrs.: on Tuesday my mother went to pick up the lawn mower purchased Spring 2016 and overhauled at the end of summer 2016. Hanno subito preso in mano il mio problema (una tosaerba che non si avviava) e lo hanno risolto altrettanto velocemente dandomi le giuste indicazioni! Kind and professional! Oltre ad aver risolto il problema che avevo, mi ha spiegato molte cose su come utilizzare e manutentare la mia motosega. Inoltre, il negozio è molto ordinato e pulito. Davvero consigliato! I was for the first time this morning for a problem with my chainsaw, I found a person (I assume the owner) who loves his work very much and transmits his passion. In addition to solving the problem I had, he explained a lot of things to me about how to use and maintain my chainsaw. Also, the shop is very neat and clean. Really recommended!
