★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude staff, almost no one speaks English. ZARA clothes and price are usually about the same regardless of location, so no need to mention. I found some clothes I wanted to buy but didn't because of rude staff. Small city, not much tourist, I understand tourist may not be the main client, but I hope staff realizes you should be kinder to people not because it's business, it really take a big slice off your reputation.
