β β β β β Enorme lo spazio e vasta la scelta per la donna. Bene e centrato il negozio uomo dove ho trovato e comprato capi super soprattutto felpe. Autoritaria la responsabile del negozio che puΓ² risultare antipatica ma che penso voglia solo dare il massimo del servizio ai clienti e quindi molto severa. Nel complesso una bella astronave di moda. Una vera fabbrichetta di abbigliamento. Enorme la parte baby con personale qualificato.
 The space is huge and the choice for women is vast. The men's shop where I found and bought super garments, especially sweatshirts, is well centered. Authoritarian is the shop manager who can be unpleasant but who I think only wants to give the best service to customers and therefore very strict. Overall a beautiful fashion spaceship. A real clothing factory. The baby part is huge with qualified personnel.

β β β β β Che dire, Zara Γ¨ una garanzia ma in questo punto vendita mi passa totalmente la voglia di entrare, una commessa Γ¨ stata di una scortesia inaudita e fila chilometrica in cassa!
What can I say, Zara is a guarantee but in this store I totally pass the desire to enter, a saleswoman was of an unprecedented rudeness and a long queue at the cash desk!

β β β β β Fila chilometrica che arriva in fondo al reparto donna, nel reparto casse presenti 4 persone(di cui anche una responsabile) ed una sola cassa aperta.
Chiedo gentilmente se fosse possibile aprire un altra cassa e con molta arroganza mi viene detto che non era possibile.
Nella fila non sono stato il primo a lasciare i miei acquisti per il troppo tempo di attesa
A long line that reaches the end of the women's department, in the checkout department there are 4 people (including one in charge) and only one open cash desk.
I politely ask if it was possible to open another box and with great arrogance I am told that it was not possible.
In line I was not the first to leave my purchases due to the too long waiting time

Staff at the cashier rude, slow, of a deliberate slowness ... they did nothing but complain about too much work ... the week of Christmas ... absolutely not to come back so they will not have to work hard

β β β β β Devo dire che, periodicamente e da anni mi vesto da Zara. I negozi in Milano sono ottimi a differenza del punto vendita di Montebello che mi risulta un poco disordinato e con frequenti code di attesa alle casse.
Commese gentili ed efficienti. Mancava una taglia che neccessitava ed in un minuto ha eseguito la richiesta della taglia mancante. Tempo pochi gg arriva.
Per personale esperienza, posso dire che sono sempre puntuali.

I must say that, periodically and for years I have been dressing as a Zara. The shops in Milan are excellent unlike the Montebello store which is a little messy and with frequent queues at the checkout counters.
Friendly and efficient commissions. A size that was needed was missing and in a minute he made the request for the missing size. Time arrives a few days.
From personal experience, I can say that they are always on time.
Recommended.

β β β β β Comunque Zara montebello Γ¨ aperto fino le 21:00!!!!Loro spengono la musica e aria condizionata alle 19:30 in modo che la gente pensa che il negozio chiude alle 20:00 !!! E dopo le ore 20:00 la gente si avvicina all entrata non sente la musica , non vede la gente e ha paura di entrare pensando che negozio sia giΓ chiuso ! Vergogna
Anyway Zara montebello is open until 9pm !!!! They turn off the music and air conditioning at 7.30pm so people think the shop closes at 8pm !!! And after 20:00, people approach the entrance, they don't hear the music, they don't see people and they are afraid to enter, thinking that the shop is already closed! Shame
