Ce n'est plus un happy hour c'est un dîné ? et pour le coup, 10euros le dîné avec cocktail alcoolisé c'est vraiment top!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto un ordine di accessori di Karl lagerfeld, prendendomi una giornata apposta per andare a Milano (300km). Il rappresentante responsabile della campagna vendite mi ha detto che c'era un punto vendita nel paese limitrofo, ma che non c'erano problemi poiché due differenti località. Oggi telefono per la consegna della merce e scopro che L'ordine è stato annullato. Il rappresentante ha dichiarato che l'azienda non ha accettato l'ordine poichè i due punti vendita sono vicini e che mi hanno mandato una lettera. Questa lettera non l'ho mai ricevuta e ad ogni modo credo fosse il minimo sindacale, visto che ci era stata garantita la fornitura malgrado l'altro punto vendita, fare una telefonata per accertarsi che la comunicazione fosse arrivata a destinazione. Oggi mi ritrovo ad aver organizzato un evento di presentazione della linea che invece non riceverò. La professionalità per me è altra cosa e con la concorrenza che c'è e le molteplici possibilità che si hanno, credo che con una semplice telefonata di avvertimento si sarebbe risolto tutto. Va bene tutelare i clienti storici, ma credo ci voglia rispetto anche per i nuovi clienti anche se non si incassano le provvigioni su un ordine. Sono stata cliente storica di zappieri su altre linee, purtroppo noto che la gestione dello showroom è cambiata molto e vi consiglio di rivolgervi altrove.

It is okay to protect historical customers, but I think we also need respect for new customers even if you do not collect commissions on an order. I have been a longtime customer of zappieri on other lines, unfortunately I notice that the management of the showroom has changed a lot and I advise you to go elsewhere.
