Ho fatto una piccola ricerca sulle aziende che le producono e mi sono imbattuta nel sito della Zanzar. Un po' scettica sulla possibilità di ricevere una risposta dalla casa madre, ho comunque chiamato per chiedere informazioni su due prodotti, la Flexa e la Libera, e per sapere a quale rivenditore rivolgermi. La risposta è stata immediata, e il consiglio della Libera quanto mai apprezzato. La zanzariera funziona benissimo, è elegante e silenziosa. Un'ottima scelta, grazie mille davvero. In realtà quella che prima era una zanzariera funzionante, perché il problema era su un’altra zanzariera il cui meccanismo era difettoso, l’hanno praticamente manomessa, tirando troppo la molla che regola l’apertura della zanzariera e montandomi un solo punto di aggancio anziché i due previsti. Risultato finale ora mi ritrovo con una zanzariera, pagata profumatamente, inutilizzabile perché si ritrae continuamente e violentemente. Avevano detto che mi avrebbero fatto arrivare dei pezzi di ricambio tramite il dettagliante del mio comune, ma ad oggi, dopo più di quindici giorni, non è arrivato nulla e pare che non arriverà più. Ultimo appunto, il signore della vostra azienda, mi ha più volte ribadito di stare tranquilla, che la cosa l’avrebbero sistemata e che in qualsiasi caso “noi un numero civico lo abbiamo”, si vede. They had said that they would send me spare parts through the retailer in my municipality, but to date, after more than fifteen days, nothing has arrived and it seems that it will never come again. Lastly, the gentleman of your company has repeatedly reiterated to me to rest assured, that it would be fixed and that in any case "we have a house number", you can see. Thanks. We do not recommend.
