Per pochi mq di piastrelle abbiamo avuto una persona che ci ha seguito per parecchio tempo, dandoci un ottimo consiglio ( piastrella 70x25 bianca lucida a piccoli riquadri). Se siamo soddisfatti del ns bagno è solo grazie a questa persona. Una realtà molto bella, consigliata a chi cerca professionalità, qualità, cortesia e disponibilità.

VECCHIA RECENSIONE: Attendo un preventivo per dei bagni da TRE settimane. Ho sollecitato più e più volte di mandarmi il preventivo, ma evidentemente gli affari vanno bene e non gliene frega nulla di un cliente in più.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato un accessorio per la termoidraulica da persona fisica, al momento del pagamento alla cassiera RICCIA ho chiesto di farmi la fattura intestandola all’azienda. Mi è stato risposto in maniera molto scortese tirando in ballo scuse fantasiose e in modo molto maleducato che sarebbe stato meglio ordinarlo con il nome dell’azienda (tra l’altro dicendo che non la trovava, solo dopo averle detto che avevamo fatto diversi acquisti si è accorta di averci già nel gestionale), molto probabilmente le dolevano le dita visto che sarebbe stato molto facile cambiare il nominativo schiacciando 4 tasti in croce. Tenendo conto che viene pagata per fare queste cose e visto che ci sono altre lamentele verso questa inoperosa “impiegata” spero le si venga impartita un minimo di educazione verso il cliente. Ho dovuto pagare privatamente per paura che le venissero i calli sulle dita.
