★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disservizio! Per ben due volte, nonostante l'appuntamento, sono stata costretta ad andarmene perché in negozio non c'era nessuno. Accetto qualsiasi tipo di contrattempo e problema, ci mancherebbe, ma peccano nella comunicazione con la clientela. Se avessi ricevuto una chiamata avrei evitato lo stress per i miei gatti e la perdita di tempo per me. Un vero peccato!
Disservice! Twice, despite the appointment, I was forced to leave because there was no one in the shop. I accept any kind of mishap and problem, God forbid, but they sin in communicating with customers. If I had received a call I would have avoided the stress for my cats and the waste of time for me. Such a pity!
