Portiamo un orologio, ci chiamano per dirci che glielo avevano rubato, dicendoci che poi ci saremmo sentiti dopo 1 mese perche ci avrebbero forse rimborsato, accettiamo senza fare storie. Dopo 5 mesi quando noi ne avevamo gia acquistato un altro ci chiamano dicendoci che si erano sbagliati e non lo avevano rubato ma solo perso e lo hanno ritrovato. Ci rechiamo a ritiralo dopo 5 MESI da quando lo avevamo portato e ci fanno pure pagare un enormità per la riparazione. Direi proprio delle persone poco professionali e veramente piccole di animo. Statene alla larga!!!!
I would say somewhat incorrect. We bring a watch, they call us to tell us that they had stolen it, telling us that we would then speak to each other after 1 month because they might have reimbursed us, we accept without making a fuss. After 5 months when we had already bought another, they call us and tell us that they were wrong and they had not stolen it but only lost it and they found it again. We go to collect it after 5 MONTHS from when we had brought it and they also charge us an enormous amount for the repair. I would say really unprofessional and really small-minded people. Stay away !!!!
