I bought a DOME mattress at this shop, we had some problems with the product, the seller does not answer the phone, does not contact the customer, zero assistance !! A truly unexpected rudeness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un materasso ed una rete il 28/11/2018.avrebbero dovuto consegnare tutto la prima settimana di dicembre.nn si e visto nessuno.tramite l'addetta alle vendite ho saputo che avevano rimandato al 10/12nn si sono presentati,nn rispondono al telefono e nn si sa quando arriveranno i prodotti.sto pensando di rivolgermi all'associazione consumatori. SCONSIGLIO a tutti di acquistare prodotti da questi soggetti
I bought a mattress and a slatted base on 11/28/2018. They should have delivered everything in the first week of December. they answer the phone and no one knows when the products will arrive. I'm thinking of contacting the consumer association. I DO NOT RECOMMEND everyone to buy products from these subjects
