★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gestione delle norme anti-covid pessima. Il personale non indossa correttamente la mascherina e in alcuni casi l l'addetto alla cassa non la indossava proprio. I clienti, soprattutto se amici, non vengono invitati a indossarla tanto che oggi, sabato pomeriggio, in un momento di alta affluenza, ben tre clienti ordinavano al bancone con la mascherina sotto al mento. Ovviamente non ho più acquistato nulla. Peccato, trattandosi di una macelleria storica mi aspettavo molta più professionalità in questo periodo così delicato .
Bad management of anti-covid rules. The staff does not wear the mask correctly and in some cases there the cashier did not wear it at all. Customers, especially if they are friends, are not invited to wear it so much that today, Saturday afternoon, in a moment of high turnout, as many as three customers ordered at the counter with the mask under the chin. Obviously I have not bought anything anymore. Too bad, as this is a historic butcher's shop I expected much more professionalism in this delicate period.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I prodotti sono di buona qualità il titolare sempre attento. Sono stato servito da un ragazzo alto forse alle 1 armi... mi ha tagliato il pollo immangiabile spesso la carne dura. Questo non vuon dire che la qualità non è buona vado da loro da tanto tempo. Ritorno ma se il ragazzo mi dovesse servire.... passo avanti.
The products are of good quality, the owner always attentive. I was served by a tall boy, perhaps 1-armed ... he cut my inedible chicken often the hard meat.
