★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ad una richiesta telefonica per un consulto tecnico su moto e articoli audio "vintage" mi sono sentito rispondere che quegli articoli (che comunque ho e vorrei riutilizzare per motivi miei!) non esistono più, che loro trattano altro e che se voglio sapere cosa devo andare li e farmi fare un preventivo, perchè altrimenti se mi avesse anticipato qualcosa al telefono avrei approfittato della cosa cercando su internet quanto mi avrebbero detto... modo di fare VERAMENTE MALEDUCATO, tanto anche facendo così NON hanno di certo guadagnato nè prestigio nè tanto meno un cliente in più! Oltretutto che non hanno saputo (o voluto?... voglio essere magnanimo..) nemmeno darmi una spiegazione al mio problema che vedrò di risolvere per altra via sicuramente! e questa, mi spiace per loro, NON è professionalità....
To a telephone request for a technical consultation on motorcycles and "vintage" audio articles, I was told that those articles (which I still have and would like to reuse for my own reasons!) No longer exist, that they deal with something else and that if I want to know what I owe go there and get me a quote, because otherwise if he had anticipated something on the phone I would have taken advantage of it by looking on the internet for what they would have told me ... REALLY RUDE way to do, even doing so they certainly did NOT gain neither prestige nor much minus one more customer! Moreover, they have not known (or wanted? ... I want to be magnanimous ..) not even give me an explanation to my problem that I will try to solve in another way for sure! and this, I'm sorry for them, is NOT professionalism ....

Porto una cassa preamplificata a riparare, e ovviamente chiedo il preventivo per ben tre volte prima di ripararla, da notare che la cassa l'avevo pagata 78€, dopo due settimane, e 2 tentativi di recuperare il preventivo o la Cassa, mi trovo a dover pagare una riparazione di 115€... Davvero vergognoso!!!
