★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estremamente non professionali. Ho effettuato ordine di una stufa dopo sopralluogo. Si è però verificata l'esigenza di incrementare il preventivo con altre componenti. Oltre ad essere scortesi e poco disponibili al telefono, mi hanno mandato un nuovo preventivo nel testo della mail (non con un file allegato a parte) , con voci identiche al precedente con importi maggiorati, ho quindi gentilmente chiesto spiegazioni su alcune voci consigliando, da persona competente in materia giuridica, di essere più chiari sulle voci dei preventivi perché i clienti si basano su tali voci per la comprensione dei servizi offerti. Ho poi confermato il preventivo più caro e di tutta risposta mi è arrivata la risposta che "visto che avevo sollevato perplessità sul preventivo" avevano deciso di non proseguire con la fornitura e avevano addirittura già cancellato il mio ordine. Mi hanno naturalmente messo in estrema difficoltà. Non mi è mai capitata una cosa simile in anni di rapporti con fornitori anche per lavoro e quindi non consiglierei tale ditta neanche al mio peggior nemico.
Extremely unprofessional. I placed an order for a stove after an inspection. However, there was a need to increase the budget with other components. In addition to being rude and not very helpful on the phone, they sent me a new quote in the text of the email (not with a separate file attached), with identical items to the previous one with increased amounts, I therefore kindly asked for explanations on some items recommending, from person competent in legal matters, to be clearer on the items in the quotes because customers rely on these items to understand the services offered. I then confirmed the most expensive estimate and in response I received the answer that "since I had raised doubts about the estimate" they had decided not to continue with the supply and had even already canceled my order. They naturally put me in extreme difficulty. Such a thing has never happened to me in years of relationships with suppliers even for work and therefore I would not recommend this company even to my worst enemy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zanelli si occupa di post vendita per altri rivenditori Edilkamin ed il servizio è alquanto carente. Sono al 10⁰ giorno senza riscaldamento.
Non lo consiglio.
Il servizio clienti risponde solo al pomeriggio, quindi ogni volta che devo chiamare per un aggiornamento devo aspettare le 14.30.
Se potessi dare zero stelle lo farei.
Zanelli deals with after sales for other Edilkamin dealers and the service is somewhat lacking. I'm on day 10 without heating.
I don't recommend it.
Customer service only responds in the afternoon, so every time I have to call for an update I have to wait until 2.30pm.
If I could give zero stars I would.
