Premetto, che i problemi riscontrati, sono emersi già da qualche anno, e premetto, che il vetro, è stato realizzato nel 2009, com'è ben visibile sulla foto, nella stampa all'interno del vetro. Qualità inadeguata, soldi buttati. Il vetro, ora come ora, fa letteralmente schifo. Provvederò a cambiarlo, affidandomi ad un'altra vetreria. Ti ricordo inoltre che nonostante stessi visivamente malissimo son dovuto recarmi al pronto soccorso da solo, dove sono entrato in codice rosso e operato d’urgenza.Ti sembra una presa in giro? Perché in tal caso l’unico che deve farsi un esame di coscienza sei tu. Ascolta me, caro Andrea, tieniti stretta quella poca dignità che ti rimane e vedi di darti da fare a migliorare la qualità dei tuoi prodotti, invece di star qua a rispondere alle critiche che, giustamente, vengono fatte alla tua ditta. Chiarisco: causa furto in casa, i ladri hanno rotto il vetro del portone di casa, 220x110 del peso di circa cento kili. mi hanno risposto che per un solo infisso non escono e che quindi dovrei provvedere a recapitarglielo e me lo avrebbero fatto in giornata. (??) ma che razza di pronto soccorso, mi mettevano in conto il viaggio ed era risolto, no? ho messo una stella perché non avevo scelta ma secondo me non meritane neppure quella. B	Bright Star on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ abbiamo restaurato i vecchi infissi in legno,non male ma alcune osservazioni: sono rimaste delle imperfezioni nel legno dov'erano usurati,e i cassonetti non sono stati verniciati quindi mi ritrovo la vernice lucida su di essi e opaca sulle ante vetri,isolamento non sufficiente è stato messo solo un tappetino interno ma non lateralmente,come acustica alcuni rumori eliminati ma altri sono rimasti,un pò "delicati" i ritocchi inseriti, insomma non totalmente soddisfatti .Forse servirebbe maggior informazione al momento del preventivo cosicchè il cliente si rende conto maggiormente di cosa effettivamente va a migliorare! we have restored the old wooden window frames, not bad but some observations: there are some imperfections in the wood where they were worn, and the bins have not been painted so I find the glossy paint on them and opaque on the glass doors, not enough insulation is only an internal mat was placed but not laterally, as acoustics some noises were eliminated but others remained, a little "delicate" the adjustments inserted, in short, not totally satisfied. Abbiamo deciso quando fare, al giorno stabilito per il ritiro, e consegna, puntuali. Ci hanno dato i giusti consigli per la pulizia vetri, e di attendere un paio di giorni per la solidificazione dei sigillanti, visto che il lavoro viene svolto in giornata. Personale gentile, e preparato!! Dalla mia esperienza, consiglio la ditta Zanatta vetro, sempre disponibili per ogni chiarimento.
