Giorno prima avevo prenotato la visita dal dottore alle ore 10. Arrivo all’appuntamento e ci sono altre 5 persone per la stessa ora. Rimango ad aspettare per più di mezz’ora, dopodiché esce la segretaria e mi dice che il dottore non ha inserito l’appuntamento e che dovrei prenotare di nuovo per un altro giorno...
Comunque, È stata la mia prima ed ultima volta in quello studio.
Durante l’attesa ho sentito purè tante critiche nei Suoi confronti
Zero professionalism
The day before, I had booked a visit to the doctor at 10 am. I arrive at the appointment and there are 5 other people for the same time. I wait for more than half an hour, after which the secretary comes out and tells me that the doctor has not entered the appointment and that I should book again for another day ...
Anyway, it was my first and last time in that studio.
While waiting, I heard many criticisms against you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paziente per circa un decennio, in occasione dell'ultima pulizia dentale a luglio 2020, a lavoro finito l'igienista mi comunica che la tariffa è salita da 80 a 100 €. Sarebbe stato corretto avvisarmi alla prenotazione. Nel frattempo mi sono rivolto ad altri dentisti per il medesimo servizio e qualità a prezzo inferiore.
Patient for about a decade, on the occasion of the last dental cleaning in July 2020, at the end of the work the hygienist informs me that the rate has risen from 80 to 100 €. It would have been correct to notify me when booking. In the meantime I have turned to other dentists for the same service and quality at a lower price.
