★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tra il comico ed il grottesco: vado a vedere con mia moglie l'esposizione e ci piacciono 2 lastre di un preciso tipo. Il venditore per stimolare gli acquirenti ci consiglia di "bloccare" le lastre senza bisogno di lasciare caparra. Così facciamo, dando istruzioni a chi recapitare le lastre per successiva lavorazione (il marmista che ci aveva dato il loro nominativo e a cui avremmo saldato il conto). Passano 2 settimane e il marmista non riceve nulla, aggiunge di essere stato contattato per il saldo anticipato delle lastre... chiamo io e il tizio venditore mi comunica che durante lo spostamento delle lastre hanno evidenziato che a parte la prima da noi vista tutte le altre hanno una colorazione diversa... imputa il fatto ad uno "scherzo della natura" e per essere credibile mi manda delle foto di cui la prima lastra, con tanto di biglietto venduto con il mio nome, è quella da noi vista, stivata insieme ad altre che, da foto da noi scattate, non appartengono allo stesso blocco... Dulcis in fundo mi allega foto di altri marmi "appena arrivati" invitandomi a ritornare... Non gli ho neanche risposto.
Between the comedian and the grotesque: I'm going to see the exhibition with my wife and we like 2 slabs of a specific type. To stimulate buyers, the seller advises us to "lock" the slabs without leaving a deposit. So we do, giving instructions to whom to deliver the slabs for subsequent processing (the marble worker who had given us their name and to whom we would have paid the bill). 2 weeks go by and the marble worker does not receive anything, he adds that he has been contacted for the advance balance of the slabs ... I call and the sales guy informs me that during the movement of the slabs they have shown that apart from the first one we have seen all others have a different color ... imputes the fact to a "joke of nature" and to be credible he sends me photos of which the first plate, complete with a ticket sold with my name, is the one we have seen, stowed together to others that, from photos taken by us, do not belong to the same block ... Last but not least, I am attaching photos of other marbles "just arrived" inviting me to return ... I have not even replied.
