★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 stelle perché a una settimana dal Natale il negozio era poco riassortito le confezioni nel negozio erano ammaccato e il personale purtroppo sgarbato e non disponibile. Ero sicura di far acquisti da loro ma tutto ciò mi ha deviato su un diverso punto vendita. PECCATO
2 stars because a week before Christmas the shop was not replenished, the packages in the shop were dented and the staff unfortunately rude and not available. I was sure I was shopping from them but it all diverted me to a different store. SIN

Consiglio vivamente di ricontrollare il personale e scartare tutte quelle dipendenti che sono subito pronte a giudicare le clienti. Mi piaceva l'etica del Brand in sé e i suoi prodotti, ma da oggi in poi mi vedo costretta a rivolgermi presso altri negozi.
Totally negative shopping experience. Rude saleswoman who absolutely does not encourage the purchase, on the contrary. I highly recommend checking back on the staff and discarding all those employees who are immediately ready to judge customers. I liked the ethics of the Brand itself and its products, but from now on I am forced to go to other stores.
