★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata in questo centro estetico per effettuare la rimozione di una copertura in gel, la quale si è svolta con la fresa e senza un aspiratore per la polvere, la quale volava dappertutto, ma nonostante questo il problema peggiore è stata la mancanza di delicatezza della collaboratrice la quale, molto infastidita dal lavoro da svolgere, mi ha rimosso oltre alla copertura in gel anche una parte della lamina, quindi mi sono ritrovata con le unghie naturali totalmente danneggiate e quando ho fatto notare il danno ricevuto, tale collaboratrice, mi ha risposto di tutto punto, che per il servizio richiesto era del tutto normale che potesse accadere, ma non è così perché in passato, alla richiesta di questo servizio in altri centri estetici non mi è mai capitata una cosa del genere. Non ci tornerò mai più
I went to this beauty center to remove a gel cover, which took place with the cutter and without a vacuum cleaner for the dust, which flew everywhere, but despite this the worst problem was the lack of delicacy of the collaborator who, very annoyed by the work to be done, removed a part of the foil in addition to the gel cover, so I found myself with totally damaged natural nails and when I pointed out the damage received, this collaborator, I replied fully, that for the requested service it was completely normal that this could happen, but it is not so because in the past, when I requested this service in other beauty centers, such a thing has never happened to me. I will never go back
