A	Ale La pica on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima. Rapporto qualità-prezzo -ZERO. Personale incompetente e per niente disponibile. Professionalità inesistente. Non lo consiglierei neanche al mio peggior nemico. Non meritano nemmeno una stella. Bad experience. Value for money -ZERO. Incompetent and not at all helpful staff. Non-existent professionalism. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy either. They don't even deserve a star.

A seguito di errore del venditore che non aveva compreso dopo mesi quanto il cliente desiderava , ordinando, acquistando e consegnando un letto di dimensioni diverse da quelle al medesimo venditore ben conosciute, l'Amministrazione, non appena conosciuti i fatti, ha ritenuto di non dovere procedere a causa dei costi aggiuntivi alla sostituzione. Preso atto di quanto sopra, ravviso in questo comportamento un enorme errore" COMMERCIALE e d'IMMAGINE" dato che i successivi acquisiti verranno effettuati ovviamente in altri negozi concorrenti e di certo non potrò consigliare a nessuno questo negozio. Following an error by the seller who had not understood after months what the customer wanted, by ordering, purchasing and delivering a bed of different sizes from those well known to the same seller, the Administration, as soon as the facts were known, decided not to proceed due to additional replacement costs. Having taken note of the above, I see this behavior as a huge "COMMERCIAL and IMAGE" error since the subsequent purchases will obviously be made in other competing stores and certainly I will not be able to recommend this shop to anyone.

P	Primo Valvo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recensione a due facce. 5 stelle fino al giorno prima della consegna: ottimamente accolti e seguiti, con soluzione proposta veramente originale e al di la' delle nostre aspettative. Come tutti i negozi viene richiesto il saldo prima della consegna e purtroppo qui finisce l'idillio. Personale che effettua la consegna non all'altezza (per modi e competenza), mobili con alcuni difetti che in un primo tempo viene proposto (dai montatori) di risolvere in maniera "casalinga". L'addetta alla vendita conviene che le parti difettose vanno sostituite per intero, ma la consegna avviene dopo due mesi e mezzo e dopo ripetuto solleciti. Non solo: a questa seconda consegna manca ancora un pezzo che dovrà essere ordinato (la soluzione che volevano adottare era un taglio che avrebbe lasciato il pezzo difettoso) e nonostante si evidenzi che anche le chiusure push dei cassetti continuino a presentare della anomalie, con conseguente richiesta del sopralluogo da parte di rappresentante e addetta alla vendita, dopo oltre un mese non abbiamo ancora alcuna notizia ed i mobili con montaggio incompleto e difettoso (a 4 mesi dalla prima consegna!!!!) Mai più...e mai più saldare prima che sia tutto a posto. Peccato. Like all shops, the balance is required before delivery and unfortunately the idyll ends here. Staff who make the delivery not up to par (in terms of methods and competence), furniture with some defects that at first it is proposed (by the fitters) to solve in a "home-made" way. The sales assistant agrees that the defective parts must be completely replaced, but the delivery takes place after two and a half months and after repeated reminders. Not only that: this second delivery still lacks a piece that must be ordered (the solution they wanted to adopt was a cut that would have left the defective piece) and despite the fact that even the push closures of the drawers continue to present anomalies, with consequent request for an inspection by a representative and salesperson, after more than a month we still have no news and the furniture with incomplete and defective assembly (4 months from the first delivery !!!!) Never again ... and never again to pay off before everything is in place. Sin.
