Sono tutti gentili e bravi con i clienti. Quando siamo a Ponte a Egola, prendiamo sempre la pizza da You Pizza. Delicious pizza and fair price !! Fine and crispy dough, excellent quality ingredients. A Marinara costs 4 € and a Margherita 4.5 €. They are all kind and good with customers. When we are in Ponte a Egola, we always take pizza from You Pizza.
L	Leonardo Tesei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima... Ordinario la pizza per le 20:30 con consegna a domicilio, distanza di 2.5 Km, mi dicono che sarebbe stato meglio per le 20:20, perfetto. Il problema è che alla fine la pizza è arrivata alle 21:50, quasi del tutto fredda, con la scatola piegata e la pizza appiccicata ad essa. La presa in giro è stata che dopo 40 minuti circa, quando ho chiamato per la seconda volta per sapere a che punto fossero, la ragazza mi ha detto che la ragazza delle consegna aveva trovato traffico.. tutto questo in lockdown di Domenica sera quando per la via non c'è nessuno. Dopo un'ora passata richiamo e mi dicono che è stata fermata dai Carabinieri, cosa già più plausibile ma oramai mi è difficile crederci. In tutto ciò almeno la pizza non sembrava male (non posso dare un parere certo perché non so com'è appena sfornata); e per fortuna non ci è stato nemmeno chiesto di pagare. Data questa esperienza non credo che la riordineró una seconda volta. Bad experience ... Ordinary pizza for 20:30 with home delivery, distance of 2.5 Km, they tell me it would have been better for 20:20, perfect. The problem is that the pizza finally arrived at 9:50 pm, almost completely cold, with the box folded and the pizza stuck to it. The teasing was that after about 40 minutes, when I called for the second time to find out where they were, the girl told me that the delivery girl had found traffic .. all this in lockdown on Sunday night when for the way there is none. After an hour passed I call and they tell me that she was stopped by the Carabinieri, which is already more plausible but now it is difficult for me to believe it. In all this at least the pizza didn't look bad (I can't give a certain opinion because I don't know how it is freshly baked); and luckily we weren't even asked to pay. Given this experience I don't think I'll reorder it a second time.

Ovviamente abbiamo chiamato per avere informazioni ben 3 volte, la seconda volta (dopo 40 minuti oltre l’orario) hanno detto “la ragazza ha trovato traffico”, cosa pressoché impossibile visto la distanza di, letteralmente, 2.6 km tra pizzeria e casa, senza semafori o incroci. Dopo altri 40 minuti e un’altra chiamata, la seconda scusa è stata “l’hanno fermata i carabinieri”. All’arrivo la pizza era in queste condizioni, schiacciata e oltre tutto fredda. Ovviamente non ordinerò più niente da loro, piuttosto me la faccio da sola, sicuramente i tempi sono minori. Home pizza delivered 1 hour and 30 AFTER the time set BY THEM. Obviously we called for information 3 times, the second time (after 40 minutes after the time) they said "the girl found traffic", which is almost impossible given the distance of, literally, 2.6 km between pizzeria and home, without traffic lights or intersections. After another 40 minutes and another call, the second excuse was "the carabinieri stopped her". Upon arrival, the pizza was in these conditions, squashed and above all cold. Obviously I will not order anything from them anymore, rather I make it myself, certainly the times are less.

Devi sempre aspettare almeno 15 minuti oltre l’orario concordato (se va bene) Excellent pizzas but never respect the delivery time. You must always wait at least 15 minutes after the agreed time (if that's okay)
