Siamo stati in questo ristorante per una cena di coppia, abbiamo ordinato un piatto di crudi, che abbiamo potuto comporre secondo le nostre preferenze (tartare di tonno, tartare di pesce spada, scampi, gamberi viola, ostrica rossa, crostino con ricci di mare) e un polpo, tutto da dividere per due. Come dolce abbiamo preso una panna cotta al mojito. In totale abbiamo speso 80€ (con due calici di vino e due bottiglie d'acqua), prezzo assolutamente onesto considerando la qualità del cibo e il servizio offerto. Era tutto davvero ottimo e abbiamo intenzione di tornare. Exceptional! We went to this restaurant for a couple's dinner, we ordered a plate of raw, which we could compose according to our preferences (tuna tartare, swordfish tartare, scampi, purple prawns, red oyster, crouton with sea urchins) and an octopus, all to be divided by two. For dessert we had a mojito panna cotta. In total we spent € 80 (with two glasses of wine and two bottles of water), an absolutely fair price considering the quality of the food and the service offered. It was all really great and we intend to go back.

Cozy little restaurant in the heart of Gallipoli. Attracted by the good reviews we chose to dine here and it was a wonderful discovery: kindness and attention of the staff, large and sophisticated menu, excellent dishes. The quality of the food is very high, refinement in the combination of flavors. Prices more than fair. If you go through Gallipoli, a stop at You is a must !!!

Il locale è in una zona centrale di Gallipoli ma abbastanza defilato e non facile da individuare.⁰ Menu prevalentemente di pesce con un ampia scelta e proposte particolari molto accattivanti. Abbiamo optato per una varietà di crudi che abbiamo potuto abbinare a piacimento e dei primi piatti. We went to this restaurant based on some very positive reviews and to "escape" the thousand tourist spots in the historic center. The restaurant is in a central area of Gallipoli but quite secluded and not easy to identify.⁰ Mainly fish menu with a wide choice and very attractive special proposals. We opted for a variety of raw dishes that we could combine at will and first courses. All really very good and of an exceptional level both for combinations and for the freshness and refinement of the raw materials. The wine list is well-assorted with both local and non-local proposals. Attentive and professional service.

If I may I would only advise to modify the restaurant name because the actual one is a bit confusing, instead what about: Cibo e piacere da Sebastiano. When I choose a restaurant I always value a good, simple name.
