N	Non deludi Mai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto 2 mesi a inizio 2020, una delle peggior palestre da me provate, soprattutto a livello di personal trainer, ancora oggi mi chiedo cosa facciano in quella palestra. Utilità pari a zero, puoi sbagliare tutti gli esercizi ma tanto a loro frega davvero nulla di te, basta che si prendano il loro stipendio a fine mese. I did 2 months in early 2020, one of the worst gyms I have tried, especially at the level of personal trainer, still today I wonder what they do in that gym. Utility equal to zero, you can get all the exercises wrong but they really don't give a damn about you, as long as they take their salary at the end of the month.

Professionalità e competenza caratterizzano il personale che ci lavora all'interno e praticamente è diventato il mio punto di riferimento per un continuo miglioramento della forma fisica. La spa a disposizione di chi si allena, da quel tocco di classe in più che rende la palestra completa a 360 gradi. I have been attending the cross training box for 5 years and the environment and the instructors are irreplaceable. Professionalism and competence characterize the staff who work there and it has practically become my point of reference for a continuous improvement of physical fitness. The spa available to those who train, gives that extra touch of class that makes the gym complete at 360 degrees.

M	Manuel Martis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho frequentato per un paio di anni la zona attrezzata alla pesistica e devo dire che sicuramente ci sono attrezzature moderne e nuove e gli spazi sono differenti per uomini e donne ci sono spogliatoi spaziosi docce separate, sauna e bagni. Il prezzo però è alto e ultimamente è stato ulteriormente incrementato e fra iscrizione, abbonamento, cauzione del bedge (che all'improvviso è divenuto acquisto quindi non riprendono più la tessera ridando i 10 euro)e assicurazione diventa abbastanza alto. Tra i personal trainer qualcuno era preparato e del settore e qualcun altro un po' meno ma nonostante ciò l'attenzione nei confronti dei frequentatori è pressoché nulla o comunque scarsa. Il personale della reception a mio avviso pecca di arroganza e superficialità e questo secondo me è un bel punto a sfavore in quanto il cliente specie se giovane viene trattato come un fastidio e quasi con mancanza di rispetto. I attended the weight lifting area for a couple of years and I must say that there are certainly modern and new equipment and the spaces are different for men and women, there are spacious changing rooms, separate showers, saunas and bathrooms. The price, however, is high and lately it has been further increased and between registration, subscription, bail of the bedge (which suddenly became a purchase so they no longer take the card back by giving back the 10 euros) and insurance becomes quite high. Among the personal trainers, someone was trained and from the sector and someone else a little less but despite this the attention towards the visitors is almost zero or in any case scarce. The reception staff, in my opinion, sins of arrogance and superficiality and this in my opinion is a good point against because the customer, especially if young, is treated as a nuisance and almost with disrespect.
