★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good sushi with ok prices for a front lake experience. Service was great. It started raining and the waiters promptly started bringing out umbrellas on the front patio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambience of the restaurant was exquisite, servers were kind and accommodating, delivery of food was longer than expected, also they charge you for the wood utensils 2 euro per person.. we ordered ramen, the broth itself was watered down broth with no flavour of any seasonings, we used the soy sauce placed on the tables to actually give the broth flavour, also over cooked noodles, vegetables and plain boiled chicken. We had asked for chili flakes instead we recieved hot sauce. The photos because they are deceiving, because the ramen is not close to anything what we were served.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear tourists(and now me and my friend are writing mainly to you)watch out to this place because maybe at the end you can find a bill quite expensive.The customer service unfortunately is not qualified as they say,young people with not good skills are working here like our waiter(probably 18 yo at his 1st job).He is a very kind person but not prepared to EXPLAIN the menu we had to read in our smart phone for the covid situation and also for that reason we needed help from the waiter to have more clarifications about the menu.( I also asked him a bottle of water ,I received in return a room water and I had to add ice in it in a second time).For the bad explanation we ended up paying a bill of 102€ instead about 50€ in two persons.We asked him more than twice we wanted an option menu of 18 € each and we asked him to help us to understand better what it was included in the menu..he didn’t tell us that the two other things we ordered weren’t included otherwise we didn’t order them for sure.We are not just upset for the 50€ we had to pay for their incompetence but also for the bad customer service of the manager that he accused us not to read the menu( we did but we also asked explanations from the waiter to clarify it and he wasn’t able to do it)but because he gave us back a charity of12 € ( 6 € each)and we received a reply of the review of my friend as well with lies as they have qualified team and waiters with experience ( when did our waiter start to work ...when he was 10yo?!)In this place the customer is always wrong for them so watch out because if me and my friend speak the same language imagine how much you have to pay!!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sushi was mediocre. We added Ramen on top which was worse than instant noodles. And apparently there's a 4 euros per person cover charge that gets added to the final bill as a surprise
