Tutte queste variabili non rappresentano assolutamente la scuola che da anni frequento "YOGA STUDIO"
E' necessario solo il nostro tappetino, e qualche supporto per seguire il principio basilare dello yoga: ascoltare il proprio corpo.
Ma ciΓ² non sarebbe possibile senza l'esperienza ,la passione, l'amore, la disponibilitΓ ', di insegnante e donna della nostra maestra IRINA,
Le sue lezioni non sono mai "statiche" ma sempre piene di novitΓ e in evoluzione, uno stimolo sempre vivo per la continuitΓ nel tempo della
pratica.
La buona scuola per principianti e avanzati

β β β β β Γ da poco che pratico presso questo centro e spesso penso che avrei voluto e dovuto farlo molto prima. Irina e un insegnante molto preparata . Ti sa incoraggiare quando tu pensi di nn essere all' altezza. E molto accorta e scrupolosa per quanto riguarda la sicurezza sia personale che per tutti coloro che praticano insieme. Io consiglio a chiunque di iniziare a praticare qui.
