Luis a real professional, punctual, and superrr tooop, transforms your body in no time. The center is beautiful, clean, there is an air of peace and positive energy. Having practiced directly with Patthabi Jois, he brings the best of yoga to the mat in a non-assuming, friendly way. If you are a yoga enthusiast or if you want to dip your toes in the practice, please consider Ashtanga Yoga Sicilia. The studio is also very clean, extremely well appointed and props and mats are available for practioners.
