Definently recommend it to anyone looking for a different yoga experience whilst in Naples.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to a class while on vacation in Naples, and it was totally lovely! 15 euro for 1.5 hrs of yoga and a cute dog too. I too had never done aerial yoga before but was super welcomed. I emailed Valerie beforehand to ask when classes would be.

The room is located in an incredible, magic historical place of beautiful Naples ... a secret space hidden from the crazy crowd... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great class with Valeria! She was brilliant and showed us around first before introducing us to the silks. The class was challenging but easy to follow in English and Italian and we all had a good laugh and helped each other along.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Valeria is a wonderful instructor and the location of the class is amazing. I went to a class while on holiday in Naples and I'm so glad I did! I wanted to keep active whilst away and this was perfect. I had never experienced aerial yoga before but she made it very accessible and fun. I was able to go deep into asanas due to the silks and it was a good combination of working my body and relaxation. Grazie Valeria!
