Ho comprato dei pantaloni venduti a prezzo di prima scelta, ma in realtà si sono rivelati fallati con tessuto difettato in vari punti!!!Li riporto indietro con scontrino, passando diverse volte perchè le commesse mi riferiscono che serve mostrare il prodotto alla responsabile. Finalmente becco sia la responsabile che la commessa che mi ha venduto il pantalone. Mi hanno liquidata in pochi minuti sostenendo che è colpa mia.
Mi spiace per come si sono comportati soprattutto perché ho comprato tantissime volte presso di loro e un trattamento così menefreghista veramente è vergognoso!!!
Non ci metterò mai più piede qui e in nessun altro negozio della catena essenza.

I bought some trousers sold at a first choice price, but in reality they turned out to be flawed with defective fabric in various points !!! Finally I see both the manager and the saleswoman who sold me the pants. They liquidated me in minutes, claiming it was my fault.
I'm sorry for how they behaved especially because I bought many times from them and such an indifferent treatment is truly shameful !!!
I will never set foot there again and in any other store in the essence chain.
