★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non mi è mai capitato di fare una recensione a un negozio ma questa volta mi sento in dovere di farlo, le commesse bravissime, io sono arrivata alle 19:15 e loro erano energiche e attive, mi hanno fatto sentire a casa. Non posso dire lo stesso del negozio essendo senza aria condizionata sia le commesse che i clienti si sentivano soffocare . Ginevra 12anni
I've never done a review of a shop before but this time I feel compelled to do it, the salespeople very good, I arrived at 7.15 pm and they were energetic and active, they made me feel at home. I can't say the same about the shop as it has no air conditioning, both the shop assistants and the customers felt suffocated. Geneva 12 years

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A parte la responsabile, le commesse scortesi, acide e poco professionali. Non si può lavorare a contatto con la gente e non riuscire a far bene il proprio lavoro. Oltre che non conoscere i prodotti che si hanno in negozio la dice lunga sul lavoro svolto. Sono rimasta davvero delusa. Nessuna accortezza per il cliente!!!
Apart from the manager, the rude, sour and unprofessional orders. You cannot work in contact with people and fail to do your job well. In addition to not knowing the products you have in the store, it says a lot about the work done. I was really disappointed. No forethought for the customer !!!

Dopo aver aspettato alla cassa per più di 10 minuti mi sono rivolta ad una commessa per essere servita (per tutto il tempo ha fatto finta di non vedermi ed ha piegato magliette). Scocciata mi ha seguito alla cassa, le ho consegnato lo scontrino e i capi da cambiare e si è lamentata con la collega davanti a me per averle dato lo scontrino, a quanto pare non serviva, incolpandomi di non averle detto che il capo non era stato acquistato in quel negozio. Il servizio è stato a dir poco pessimo!
I went into the store for a change. After waiting at the cash desk for more than 10 minutes I turned to a saleswoman to be served (she pretended not to see me all the time and folded shirts). Scocciata followed me to the cashier, I gave her the receipt and the clothes to change and she complained to the colleague in front of me for giving her the receipt, apparently it didn't help, blaming me for not telling her that the item had not been purchased in that shop. The service was nothing short of awful!
