Da qndo c'e' la promo del 4+1 in omaggio, le commesse non fanno scontrini ai clienti x prendersi sottobanco i pezzi in omaggio, e ho fatto spesso regali sprovvisti di scontrino nonostante le loro rassicurazioni che non sono stati potuti cambiare in altri store.
Per non parlare delle gift...in realta' buoni che ho regalato ad amiche. Poca trasparenza, chiarezza, poca etica commerciale.
I often buy from Yamamay and I believe that the attitude of the staff is not in keeping with the company policy. Since then there is the free 4 + 1 promo, the orders do not give receipts to customers to take the free pieces under the table, and I have often given gifts without a receipt despite their assurances that they could not be changed in others store.
Not to mention the gifts ... actually coupons that I gave to friends. Little transparency, clarity, little commercial ethics.
