Non essendo la taglia giusta sono tornata in negozio per sostituirlo,con lo scontrino e il prodotto intatto,ciò nonostante,il costume al momento del cambio aveva subito una variazione prezzo passando dal -30 al -50,pertanto al cambio mi é stato svalutato ed ho dovute aggiungere una differenza al prodotto che ho scelto.
Not exactly positive shopping experience, longtime customer, I bought a 30% discounted swimsuit for my daughter.
Not being the right size, I went back to the shop to replace it, with the receipt and the product intact, nevertheless, the costume at the time of the change had undergone a price variation from -30 to -50, therefore at the change I was devalued and I had to add a difference to the product I chose.
