Premetto che, vivendo a 50 km di distanza, mi reco in questo negozio 3 o 4 volte all'anno, quando raggiungiamo l'abitazione di proprietà familiare ubicata qui a Scalea. La commessa era occupata a servire un'altra cliente, ma non mi accenna minimamente il fatto che, per chissà quali ragioni, chiuderà prima. Rimango in attesa per 30 min, dopo i quali la signorina mi invita a sbrigarmi o a tornare pomeriggio perché deve chiudere in anticipo. Mentre le dico che faremo presto, la signora precedente si ricorda di dover comprare altro e la commessa mi pianta in asso, dedicansi nuovamente a lei. Qualche minuto prima aveva letteralmente chiuso in faccio la porta del negozio a mio marito che, per garantire la distanza di sicurezza, era rimasto in attesa davanti l'uscio. La signorina non porge nessuna scusa. Mi chiedo: 'è lecito far aspettare qualcuno per mezz' ora e poi non servirlo?'. Gran bella maleducata! Complimenti a Lei e a chi l'ha assunta, cui concedo tuttavia il beneficio del dubbio, non avendo visto direttamente il modo scortese e strafottente di tale gentile signorina. Sconsigliatissimo! Non per i prodotti, di ottima qualità e che continuerò a comprare, ma per l'accoglienza riservata al cliente e al turista. I went to this shop at 12 noon this morning. I state that, living 50 km away, I go to this shop 3 or 4 times a year, when we reach the family-owned home located here in Scalea. A few minutes earlier she had literally closed the door of the shop for my husband who, to ensure the safety distance, had been waiting outside the door. Miss misses no apology. I ask myself: is it lawful to keep someone waiting for half an hour and then not to serve him? Very nice rude! Congratulations to you and to those who hired you, to whom I nevertheless give the benefit of the doubt, having not directly seen the rude and arrogant way of this kind young lady. Sconsigliatissimo! Not for the products, of excellent quality and which I will continue to buy, but for the welcome given to the customer and the tourist.
