★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato i regali natalizi e al raggiungimento dei 49.99 euro c'era in omaggio un peluche o un plaid, ma mi hanno rifilato una busta/borsa di plastica. Dopo aver chiesto il plaid hanno detto che era finito quando era palesemente esposto in negozio.
Non è un atteggiamento corretto dato che in un yamamay di via Etnea a Catania in cui ho fatto lo stesso ammontare di acquisti me lo hanno regalato e così penso che facciano anche negli altri store del franchising. Ho ribadito che era previsto tale omaggio e loro hanno continuato a dire che le scorte erano finite. Scorretto. Non tornerò più!
I bought Christmas gifts and when I reached 49.99 euros there was a soft toy or a plaid for free, but they gave me a plastic bag / bag. After asking for the plaid they said it was finished when it was clearly displayed in the shop.
It is not a correct attitude since in a yamamay in via Etnea in Catania where I made the same amount of purchases they gave it to me and so I think they do also in the other franchise stores. I reiterated that there was such a giveaway and they kept saying that the stock was out. Incorrect. I will never go back!
