K	Ketty Milan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yamamay è il mio negozio preferito in assoluto...Tutto perfetto, fino a quando questa mattina, ho trovato una commessa, non la responsabile che conosco da anni ormai ed è adorabile e gentilissima (Enrica), insomma, entro con mio figlio (3 anni) , la commessa andava scocciata dalla presenza, ha rimproverato mio figlio e me perché il piccolo aveva messo un piede tra il piedistallo del manichino e il costume (calato a terra!?) , ovviamente io l'ho ripreso, ma da lì, la commessa sgarbatamente mi ha mostrato 3 cose in croce senza considerarmi e riproponendo la stessa taglia sbagliata facendomi sentire una culona (chiedevo una the 42 e non una 38) , ho dovuto chiedere ad una commessa di poterlo provare ,mentre l'altra ,anche se impegnata con un'altra cliente non mi ha chiesto se volevo provare il capo, o proponendomi altro...E al momento di pagare snobbata e palleggiata all'altra ragazza....Mi trovavo molto bene in questo negozio, ho sempre preferito i loro capi, anche x il mio matrimonio...Ma sicuramente, la prossima volta vedrò bene di entrarci se non c'è la responsabile ,non è carino il trattamento che riservano queste ragazze alle clienti... Everything perfect, until this morning, I found a saleswoman, not the manager I have known for years now and she is adorable and very kind (Enrica), in short, I go in with my son (3 years), the saleswoman was annoyed by the presence, she scolded my son and me because the child had put his foot between the pedestal of the mannequin and the costume (lowered to the ground !?), obviously I took it back, but from there, the saleswoman rudely showed me 3 things on the cross without considering me and proposing the same wrong size making me feel like a big butt (I asked for a 42 and not a 38), I had to ask a saleswoman to try it, while the other one, even if engaged with another client, she did not ask me if I wanted to try the garment, or proposed another ... And at the time of paying, she was snubbed and dogged to the other girl ... I was very happy in this shop, I always preferred the their leaders, even for my marriage I ... But surely, next time I'll see if I don't have the manager, it's not nice the treatment these girls give to the customers ...

Da anni ormai mi affido a loro (in questo punto vendita in particolare) per la mia biancheria intima. Bravissime ragazze! The favorite of all time. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. The materials needless to say that they are excellent. For years now I rely on them (in this particular store) for my underwear. Very good girls!
