Staff was very polite and very professional, if I was a super rich person I would have left an extra tip to all the YCML staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After arriving, checking in to a beautiful location and seeing the very lovely room, we were then informed that the pool was not open until the end of may! Then I asked about the restaurant, this too was not open till the end of may! So, asked if we can get some drinks from the bar..... guess what! Yep, not open till the end of may! FML. However, the two receptionists were absolutely amazing! Could see our disappointment and did everything they could to get our booking refunded by Expedia! Mission was successful! Then we decided that we had no other choice but to rebook directly, saving us 27 euros and are currently eating in a nearby restaurant!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here with my wife and daughter for just one night. Location is wonderful, the room is fine with a nice view on the sea. What I didn't like at all is the breakfast, really low quality, for such a place. Also the service is not enough for what you pay. My daughter took just milk, and while drinking you could see the marks of coffee on the cup. It's not acceptable for the price that you pay.
