★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato a fine settembre e i prodotti mi sono stati inviati l'11 di novembre, un buona tempistica per prodotti artigianali di tale fattura. Tavolo e consolle sono arrivati perfettamente imballati e in gabbie di pallets onde evitare danni da viaggio. Assemblarli è stato facilissimo: scotch di carta con numeri e lettere guidava il montaggio. Unica nota dolente la spedizione GLS che si è tenuta in "ostaggio" i miei mobili per circa una settimana, ma anche qua Fabio e gli altri di X-Lab si sono prodigati affinché mi fosse consegnato quanto avevo acquistato. Che altro dire.. ottimi prodotti e ottima assistenza. Consigliatissimo
I ordered at the end of September and the products were sent to me on November 11th, a good timing for artisanal products of that invoice. Table and console arrived perfectly packaged and in pallet cages to avoid travel damage. Assembling them was very easy: paper tape with numbers and letters guided the assembly. The only sore point was the GLS expedition which held my furniture as a "hostage" for about a week, but even here Fabio and the others from X-Lab did their utmost to ensure that what I had purchased was delivered to me. What else to say .. great products and great service. Highly recommended
