Ho contattato subito il numero verde, mi hanno detto che sarei stata ricontattata, ma solo dopo tanta insistenza sono stata ricontattata....mi hanno detto che poteva succedere, ma non avendo lo scontrino non potevano rimborsarmi. Ho contattato 3 persone mi hanno detto tutti può succedere, ma non possiamo rimborsare. Non hanno saputo dirmi nemmeno se in cassa c èrano soldi in più.....da premettere avevo anche dei testimoni
