Abbiamo pagato 42€ per 4 granite piccole, 4 brioches secche e 2 caffè (4.20€ l'uno). Le uniche note a favore sono la location e la band che suonava dal vivo. Non tornerò mai più. Slow and rude staff, loose slushes ... But the worst was the bill. We paid 42 € for 4 small granitas, 4 dry croissants and 2 coffees (4.20 € each). The only notes in favor are the location and the band playing live. I will never go back.

Una pausa di prelibatezze e dolcezze, insieme alla possibilità di guardare tanta umanità passare davanti. Aperitivi, caffè, vino, specialità varie e soprattutto, cortesia e gentilezza del personale. Tappa fissa per noi, ogni volta che ci fermiamo a Taormina. I prezzi???? Nella media... Ma nel conto, non trovere mai, lo spettacolo di quella piazza. Offre il bar. We usually stop at this bar in Taormina, because we like to watch the world pass by. A pause of delicacies and sweetness, together with the possibility of watching so much humanity pass by. Aperitifs, coffee, wine, various specialties and above all, courtesy and kindness of the staff. A fixed stop for us, every time we stop in Taormina. Prices???? Average ... But in the account, never find the spectacle of that square. Offers the bar.

Prezzi molto alti (un caffè era segnato 4,20€, stessa cosa per una bottiglietta d’acqua). Un mojito è costato 12€, mentre una bottiglia di Ferrari Maximum è venuta circa 10 euro a testa. Professional staff, this place is located in the center of Taormina and has a beautiful view over the entire coast. Very high prices (a coffee was marked € 4.20, the same thing for a bottle of water). A mojito cost € 12, while a bottle of Ferrari Maximum came in around € 10 each.

Die zwei Sterne gibt's nur für das Ambiente aber keinesfalls für den Rest. Schon gar nicht für den Kellner auf den wir viel zu lange warten mussten. They charge dearly for the great view... 5.50 euros for a hot chocolate and 6.70 euros for a bottle of beer... Real tourist rip-off. The two stars are only for the ambience but not for the rest. Especially not for the waiter for whom we had to wait far too long.
A	Andrew Kennedy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lunch on a perfect mildly warm sunny day. My talgiolini with prawns (shrimp), cherry tomatoes, pesto, and toasted almonds was spectacular! The view is hard to beat. Staff not friendly but at least efficient, prices a bit high but it’s worth it.
