★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo. Sto aspettando da 3 mesi che vengano a sistemare il corrimano che ho ordinato, si sono tolte delle viti... più visti nonostante numerosi solleciti telefonici e via email... Errore mio quello di aver pagato in anticipo, avrei dovuto rifiutarmi, ma "l'ordine non parte se non si paga tutto prima"... Bah... Mai più... Non oso immaginare se avessi dovuto ordinare tutta la scala...
Terrible. I've been waiting for 3 months for them to come and fix the handrail I ordered, some screws have been removed ... most seen despite numerous telephone and email reminders ... My mistake is to have paid in advance, I should have refused, but " the order does not start if you do not pay everything first "... Bah ... Never again ... I don't dare to imagine if I had to order the whole scale ...
