Mia moglie è cliente da anni DELL'OFFICINA DELLE BACCHE, personalmente però io non avevo mai usufruito dei suoi servizi perché generalmente non frequento le erboristerie.
Recentemente avevo bisogno di un prodotto ed ho scoperto, facendo una ricerca online, che questo esercizio è un punto vendita dei prodotti che cercavo.
È stata una fortuita coincidenza che mi ha dato l'opportunità di iniziare a frequentare questo negozio di cui ora sono diventato cliente.
La qualità e la vasta scelta dei prodotti proposti unita alla competenza e, non da ultimo, la cortesia e la simpatia della titolare ne fanno un riferimento veramente interessante per il nostro quartiere.
Ne consiglio vivamente la frequentazione.

NOT ANY HERBALIST
My wife has been a customer of the OFFICINA DELLE BACCHE for years, but personally I had never used its services because I generally don't go to herbalists.
I recently needed a product and I discovered, doing an online search, that this shop is a point of sale for the products I was looking for.
It was a fortuitous coincidence that gave me the opportunity to start frequenting this shop that I have now become a customer of.
The quality and the wide choice of the proposed products combined with the competence and, last but not least, the courtesy and friendliness of the owner make it a truly interesting reference for our neighborhood.
I highly recommend attending it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbastanza ben fornita ma cara rispetto all'offerta e ambiente non accogliente. Non tutti gli articoli sono prezzati e quindi c'è bisogno di assistenza continua. La commessa che ha servito i clienti prima di me e poi me era da sola in negozio durante un momento pieno di persone e questo, forse, l'ha resa poco piacevole e irritabile. Un sorriso e un po'di gentilezza renderebbero l'ambiente migliore e sicuramente più accogliente.
Fairly well stocked but expensive compared to the offer and not welcoming environment. Not all items are priced and therefore there is a need for ongoing assistance. The saleswoman who served the customers before me and then me was alone in the shop during a moment full of people and this, perhaps, made her unpleasant and irritable. A smile and a little kindness would make the environment better and certainly more welcoming.
