Beautiful space, visited during an event, large rooms for conferences or art installations. Ample parking in front. 5 minutes walk from the train station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa nel constatare come i "nostri" giovani siano riusciti a portare vita e riqualificazione a un quartiere "spento"....della "nostra" bellissima Parma...con idee e iniziative concrete che accomunano persone di tutte le età.
La Fiera/Mostra del Fumetto mi è molto piaciuta....da 1 a 10 è sicuramente 10
I was pleasantly surprised to see how "our" young people managed to bring life and redevelopment to an "off" neighborhood ... of "our" beautiful Parma ... with ideas and concrete initiatives that bring people of all ages together .
I liked the Fair / Exhibition of Comics .... 1 to 10 is definitely 10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prendete un luogo degradato, capannoni abbandonati nelle immediate adiacenze di una stazione ferroviaria e immaginate di trasformarlo in luogo colorato, curato e vivo che la cittadinanza ha riscoperto velocemente facendone un luogo di ritrovo e divertimento che sa stupire per l'utilizzo degli spazi e per la proposta continuativa di nuovi contenuti sia culturali che di semplice intrattenimento. Consigliato
Take a degraded place, abandoned warehouses in the immediate vicinity of a railway station and imagine transforming it into a colorful, well-kept and lively place that citizens have rediscovered quickly making it a meeting place and fun that knows how to amaze for the use of spaces and for the continuous proposal of new cultural and simple entertainment contents. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vecchio capannone riadattato. Stile industriale, un po' sciatto. Bar all'interno non all'altezza. Buone le proposte culturali. Da migliorare sia nell'estetica che nei contenuti. Ottime potenzialità.
Old shed adapted. Industrial style, a little sloppy. Bar inside not up to par. Good cultural proposals. To be improved both in terms of aesthetics and content. Excellent potential.

Si trova in una zona un "difficile" della città e pur apprezzando l'intenzione di rivalutare un edificio altrimenti abbandonato, devo dire che spesso ho notato scarsa organizzazione
