★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo ordinato dei gilet con cerniera che abbiamo pagato anticipatamente come richiesto da loro. Una volta controllato l'ordine abbiamo notato che le taglie S dei gilet erano diversi nel tessuto ma soprattutto erano senza cerniera (particolare importante per noi perchè lavoriamo in ambienti freddi e la cerniera fa la differenza). Una svista ci può stare (ma anche due o tre non importa) la valutazione negativa va al fatto che non ci hanno voluto cambiare la merce errata che abbiamo oltretutto pagato al prezzo di quella giusta. Come soluzione ci hanno proposto di venderci i gilet "giusti" con uno sconto. L'unica soluzione corretta secondo noi era ritirare la merce errata e consegnarci quella corretta oppure ritirare i capi errati e rimborsarci.
We ordered vest with zipper that we paid in advance as required by them. Once we checked the order we noticed that the S sizes of the vests were different in the fabric but above all they were zipper-free (particularly important for us because we work in cold environments and the zipper makes the difference). An oversight can be there (but also two or three does not matter) the negative evaluation goes to the fact that they did not want to change the wrong goods that we have moreover paid at the price of the right one. As a solution we have proposed to sell us the "right" vest with a discount. The only correct solution in our opinion was to pick up the wrong goods and deliver the correct one or pick up the wrong items and refund us.
