L'azienda gestisce i clienti in modo personalizzato realizzando edifici e case chiavi in mano customizzati sulle esigenze espresse dalla committenza o dai progettisti che si affidano a loro. Di standardizzato e consolidato è il sistema costruttivo a telaio in legno, con lastre di controventamento in gessofibra e sistemi di isolazione performanti. Il rapporto diretto con il titolare avvicina le soluzioni tecniche ed economiche alla reale realizzabilità della "casa dei tuoi sogni". Ovviamente le costruzioni, in funzione del luogo vengono personalizzate dal punto di vista prestazionale ed impiantistico. Propongono sistemi di rivestimento non banali o tradizionali (quindi oltre al classico cappotto, vengono proposte facciate ventilate, con lastre cementizie che preservano l'edificio e rendono gli interventi di manutenzione ben più rari o semplici rispetto a tecnologie tradizionali in voga).

Obviously the buildings, depending on the place, are customized from the point of view of performance and systems. They offer non-trivial or traditional cladding systems (therefore in addition to the classic coat, ventilated facades are proposed, with cementitious slabs that preserve the building and make maintenance interventions much rarer or simpler than traditional technologies in vogue).
