★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho partecipato al corso di piloga con l'ostetrica Chiara dal terzo mese di gravidanza. Grazie agli esercizi da lei sapientemente proposti sono riuscita a controllare il peso,migliorare la postura ed allenare il perineo in vista del parto!Ogni lezione termina con una visualizzazione molto rilassante. Non posso che consigliare questo corso a tutti! Inoltre potermi confrontare ogni settimana con un'ostetrica è stato molto utile per risolvere i dubbi che si presentavano durante la dolce attesa!
 I attended the pilot course with the midwife Chiara from the third month of pregnancy. Thanks to the exercises she expertly proposed, I was able to control weight, improve posture and train the perineum in preparation for delivery! Each lesson ends with a very relaxing display. I can only recommend this course to everyone! Furthermore, being able to compare with a midwife every week was very useful for solving the doubts that arose during the sweet wait!
