Auf meine Rückfrage im Unternehmen hieß es, dass es sich dabei um Produktionsfehler (!) handle, für die fünf (!) Jahre lang Garantie besteht. Danach hat die Käuferin Pech gehabt (nicht einmal eine Kulanzregelung in einer oder einer anderen Form wurde angeboten). Ich würde jedenfalls allen Interessent*innen dringend ans Herz legen, diesen Erblindungsfaktor vor Auftragserteilung nachhaltig zu klären. Die Produktionsfehler dieses Unternehmens können u. Assistenza post vendita da rivedere. 4 giugno 2021 Oggi è stato eseguito l'intervento di registrazione (anche se il personale avrebbe potuto qualche giorno prima). Il personale gentile e qualificato ha verificato tutte le finestre e su quella problematica ha eseguito un intervento che ha risolto definitivamente il problema, grazie. 5 stelle per la prestazione del personale, porto a 4 stelle la valutazione globale. Magazynierzy kierowcy i operatorzy dźwigów weseli i uwijali sie jak nie włosi. A ładunek miałem nietypowy. A to wszystko w godzinach miedzy 12 a 14 czyli w godzinach ich przerwy.
